PSYCHOTHERAPY

Therapy is a collaborative process, requiring that we work together to create greater understanding, uncover new insights, and foster a felt sense of compassion. In addition to traditional talk therapy, we may use guided imagery, somatic and sensory activities, and meditation as tools. In the end, I hope therapy serves your needs to feel connected to yourself and others, to feel less isolated or down, and to realize your own capacity to change your experience.
